The following minimum standards must be met in order to be awarded a doctorate:
1. publication of the results of the doctoral thesis, as author, as follows:
(a) at least one article published in an ISI-listed journal with IF > 0.5;
b) at least two articles published in PubMed or BDI indexed journals or one article published in an ISI listed journal;
2. the articles specified in point 1 a) and b) may be of the type Original Research or Review, but at least two articles must be of the type Original Research;
3. for all scientific articles, the doctoral candidate must be the author (first author, corresponding author, co-author) and at least one article must be first author.
